Project – MTA SOGR Program for 43-Subway Station Renovation
- Conducted joint site investigations with PMC and contractor teams to assess existing conditions, document defects, and prepare repair scopes and phasing plans considering access, safety, and passenger movement.
- Developed cost estimates from ROM through 70% design, refining quantities and scopes using constructability feedback and field observations to improve pricing accuracy and minimize rework.
